Lucas Racing Tripod Grease was originally created for Ganassi Racing for their inboard CVJ joints (tripods). It has applications as a chassis lubricant, a premium Front Wheel Drive Constant Velocity Joint (CVJ) grease, and an industrial grease. Lucas Tripod Grease is an NLGI 1.5-grade lithium-based thickener and contains 1.5% solid molybdenum disulfide.
