Implementing new ERP system
At Lentus we strive to provide quality, innovative products and great customer service. With this in mind we are excited to announce that we are implementing a new ERP system, NetSuite, in the very near future. Lentus will stop shipping on December 22, 2021 and resume shipping on January 4, 2022. This will allow us to complete many of the necessary steps for a successful transition.
What does this mean for you?
- All of the forms you normally see from Lentus will change. This includes order confirmations, ASN’s and invoices to name a few.
- On your order acknowledgments you will now see your line items listed as case quantities as opposed to previously being listed as eaches.
- Many of our processes will become automated. Our customers will automatically receive ASN’s when their order has shipped. Your ASN will now include the tracking numbers for the order.
- As we go through the implementation process, we will be unable to ship products from December 22, 2021 to January 4, 2022.
As with any large-scale project we expect to experience bumps in the road along the way. We appreciate your patience as we work through any issues that may arise. With that being said, there may be a change to the dates we plan to stop and start shipping. If there is a change, we will update our customers.
