GREAT STUFF™ SMART DISPENSER™ conversion
In continuing with DuPont’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs and high-quality products, they are converting the GREAT STUFF™ DIY-focused specialty products to the SMART DISPENSER™ dispensing technology.
DuPont is discontinuing the GREAT STUFF™ 12 oz. and 16 oz. specialty products with the standard and quick-stop straws and converting them all to GREAT STUFF™ 12 oz. SMART DISPENSER™. The following products will be converted:
GREAT STUFF™ Pestblock to GREAT STUFF™ Pestblock with SMART DISPENSER™
GREAT STUFF™ Fireblock to GREAT STUFF™ Fireblock with SMART DISPENSER™
GREAT STUFF™ Multipurpose Black to GREAT STUFF™ Multipurpose Black with SMART DISPENSER™
GREAT STUFF™ Pond & Stone to GREAT STUFF™ Pond & Stone with SMART DISPENSER™
Conversion of the products started January 1st, 2022; and are expected to be completed by January 31st, 2022, after which date standard straw and quick-stop straw versions of these products will no longer be manufactured and will no longer be available for purchase after inventories have been depleted.
All orders will be subject to managed distribution volumes. Orders for GREAT STUFF™ specialty products with scheduled ship dates after standard straw and quick-stop straw inventories have been depleted will need to be resubmitted as SMART DISPENSER™ products.
Below are the DuPont SKUs for GREAT STUFF™ specialty products with SMART DISPENSER™ in the standard 12-count carton configuration. These products are not available in 8-count carton configurations. Please note that until further notice, we will only be supplying 12-count cartons of these products; we will not be offering quarter pallets.
In the coming months, we will communicate the plans to convert the other Great Stuff™ products to the SMART DISPENSER™ technology. GREAT STUFF™ Gaps and Cracks 12 oz. and GREAT STUFF™ Fill and Seal 12 oz. will continue to be available in standard straw for the foreseeable future.
