FILL AND SEAL™ Expanding Foam Sealant

FILL AND SEAL™ Expanding Foam Sealant is a polyurethane foam formulated to expand three times its original volume. The high expansion ratio lets it seal areas that caulk or conventional insulation can’t reach. Choosing a material that bonds to most common construction substrates, creates an airtight and water‑resistant barrier that excels in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

APPLICATIONS:

Rim joists and sill plates: Wide cavities at the base of a wall can be pathways for heat and energy loss. FILL AND SEAL™ expands to fill voids larger than 1 inch and adheres directly to lumber and concrete.

Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical penetrations: Pipes, ducts, conduits, and cables often leave spaces where air leaks. Because the foam is water‑resistant and airtight, it protects against both energy waste and moisture that can travel along mechanical runs.
