With her journey beginning in September 2022, Heather has been a crucial part of the Lentus family. Working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), her infectious energy and commitment to client satisfaction make her a Lentus star!
What motivates you in the mornings?
Coffee and client success! Starting the day with a good cup of coffee, Heather gears up to tackle her day with wit and enthusiasm. Her main motivation is digging into client challenges, finding solutions, and ensuring customers are happy and satisfied!
What has been your favorite thing about what you do at Lentus?
For Heather, the most enjoyable aspect of working at Lentus is the people and the atmosphere. With the “BEST team at Lentus” she finds joy and fulfillment in the camaraderie and support of her work family.
Hobbies and Interests Outside of Work:
Beyond the office, Heather has a love for all dogs, indulges in music, and enjoys antiquing and road-tripping. Game nights with friends bring her additional joy and relaxation.
