Ashley Underwood | Team

Her willingness to share her knowledge, develop helpful resources, and assist coworkers demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and helping others succeed.
April Beard | Impact
April was recognized for her dedication to customer service and her persistence in addressing a challenging customer need. Through collaboration, communication, and a commitment to finding solutions, she demonstrated the positive impact that going the extra mile can have on our customers.
Jerah Price | Team
Jerah was recognized for stepping outside her regular responsibilities to support the customer service team during a particularly busy period. Her willingness to lend a hand when it was needed most reflects the teamwork and collaboration that help keep Lentus moving forward.
Dan Flanders | Team
Dan was recognized for his positive attitude and consistent willingness to help coworkers throughout daily operations. Whether assisting with additional tasks or stepping in wherever support is needed, his initiative and team-first approach make a meaningful difference.
Chase Powell | Team
Chase was recognized for his thoughtfulness and willingness to help coworkers preparing for an upcoming trade show. By taking the initiative to make their work environment more comfortable, he demonstrated how small acts of consideration and teamwork can make a lasting impression.
