Now live on NetSuite
Thank you for your patience while we were in the process of implementing our new ERP system. We are now live on NetSuite as of today, September 6!
What does this mean for our customers?
- All the forms we send to our customers will have a different appearance. This includes order acknowledgments, shipping documents, and invoices to name a few.
- On your order acknowledgments, you will now see your line items listed as case quantities as opposed to previously being listed as eaches.
- Many of our processes will become automated. Our customers will automatically receive ASN’s when their order has shipped.
