Employee Feature: Josh Schneider
Having joined Lentus a year ago, Josh has quickly made his mark on the team. With his expertise and dedication, Josh plays a pivotal role in managing sales representatives and fostering relationships with large distributors across the country in the construction, industrial and catalog markets.
What do you do at Lentus? I am the Business Development Manager for the Construction & Industrial and Catalog Channels. I manage sales reps and large distributors across the country and develop strategies to increase sales.
What has been your favorite thing about what you do at Lentus? My favorite thing about what I do at Lentus is that I get to develop a sales plan and then work with everyone from marketing, customer service, product management to sales to implement and grow the business.
Fun Fact: I live in the North Carolina mountains with my 3 kids, accompanied by 2 dogs and 4 cats. My passion lies in outdoor adventures, whether it’s hiking, kayaking, or any activity that involves friends. I thoroughly enjoyed binge-watching both “The Mandalorian” with my son and the incredibly amazing series, “Ted Lasso” recently!
