Judson C. Hartlage

President

Jud has served as president and founder since Lentus first opened its doors in 2011. With over 30 years in sales, business development, and executive roles in the sealants and wholesale and distribution industry, Jud has a wealth of experience.

Married with one daughter and three dogs, Jud is a keen clay shooter, fisherman, and home cook.

Randy Satterfield

Vice President of Sales

Randy started his career in industrial sales in 1980, working at Reliance Electric Company, Sumitomo Machinery, and Renold Jeffrey prior to joining Lentus in 2015. Randy now serves as the vice president of sales overseeing all of the market channels.

Randy is married to Susan and has three children and five grandkids. He is an avid follower of Clemson Athletics and enjoys spending time at the lake.

Jamie Land

Operations Manager

Jamie Land is currently the operations manager for Lentus. During his four years with Lentus he has been in several different roles. Prior to joining Lentus he retired from law enforcement after 21 years of service.

He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Jamie is married to his lovely wife Brandi and they have one son together. He enjoys spending time at the lake with his family.
